Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to meaningful change in the lives of your clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health support through various responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting ongoing assessments of client progress and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, valid state license such as LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD, permitting independent practice without supervision.
  • No history of disciplinary actions against your professional license, maintaining integrity and trustworthiness in your practice.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with technology, including proficiency in using digital platforms for client interactions.
  • Stable Wi-Fi connection to ensure consistent and reliable communication with clients.
Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with experience in telehealth services or a strong background in therapeutic techniques focused on adult mental health will be prioritized. Familiarity with various evidence-based practices is also desirable to enhance the quality of care we provide.
