Key Responsibilities
  • Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients to facilitate therapeutic engagement.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of patient needs, ensuring that they remain adaptable to changes in patient circumstances.
  • Lead individual and group sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that foster insight and behavioral change.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current LMFT license, permitting practice in Massachusetts.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities relevant to family therapy and mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits
