In this role, you'll get to:

  • Bring your creative thinking, listening skills, and an open mind to new sales methodologies.
  • Educate and guide industry professionals to utilize automation and data to create untapped value for their business.
  • Bring a team player attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Own and exceed a monthly individual quota working inbound and self-sourced leads through qualification, demo, consensus building, and close.
  • Work hand in hand with your team and the Director of Sales as a thought and strategy partner to drive revenue attainment in a cutting-edge sales organization.
  • Drive revenue in a fast-growing firm where your impact, growth, and success matter.

We are looking for people who have:

3+ years of work experience in management consulting, B2B SaaS sales, or other client-facing analytical professional roles.

  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • High activity and results-driven work ethics.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills to establish credibility with executives.
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions.
  • Proficient: CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Slack, MS Office.
  • Preferred understanding of the Challenger Sales Methodology and best practices.
  • Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery as well as follow the Challenger Methodology
  • Persuasive speaking skills and persistent with follow-up
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
  • Strong financial acumen related to product pricing, customer profitability, and achieving sales goals
  • BS/BA degree preferred (or commensurate experience).
  • What we offer:
  • In addition to a competitive salary, we offer an aggressive compensation package.
  • Employer paid comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • Unlimited Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and major US Holidays
  • Remote-first work environment -we have an office in San Antonio and Austin, Texas, but our teammates are all over the United States.
  • 401K
  • You will be part of a small, professional fast-moving team that allows employees to be their most creative version of themselves.
