• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, using standardized tools to inform treatment decisions.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, focusing on measurable goals tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, group therapy, and family sessions, using evidence-based practices.
• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records following legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to track treatment progress.
• Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest mental health research and practices, enhancing your capabilities as a therapist.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices set forth by relevant licensing bodies and organizations.

Our client population is diverse, representing a variety of backgrounds and experiences. You will work with individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and much more. This role is pivotal in providing culturally competent care, recognizing the unique circumstances that each client brings to the therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• A high degree of empathy, compassion, and a dedication to supporting client well-being is crucial.
• The ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant ethical guidelines and legal statutes governing mental health practices.
• A commitment to lifelong learning and professional development is necessary.

A minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required, where you will have honed your skills in clinical assessment, developing treatment plans, and conducting therapy sessions. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with teletherapy practices would be advantageous.

• At Crosscare, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside potential bonus opportunities.
