Rachel Machin State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated Acquisitions Specialist who can turn conversations into relationships—and relationships into new business.
This is a fully remote, performance-driven sales position for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their day. You'll connect with prospective customers, identify their needs, follow up consistently, and guide them toward insurance and financial products that provide meaningful value.
Remote doesn't mean disconnected. You'll be part of a close-knit, competitive team with regular coaching, clear goals, and accountability. We're looking for someone who can stay focused, productive, and engaged without needing a manager physically beside them.
