Join an Established Remote Sales Team
Kramer Media is a well-established coaching company with over 15 years of success. We partner with respected brands in the relationship, health, and personal development industries, connecting qualified clients with coaching programs that help them achieve meaningful results.

We're looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy consultative conversations, thrive in a structured environment, and want a steady flow of qualified appointments instead of spending time prospecting.
If you're looking for a remote closing position where you can focus on selling—not finding leads—this could be an excellent fit.


What You'll Do
As a Remote Sales Consultant, you'll meet with qualified prospects who have already booked appointments after expressing interest in one of our coaching programs.

Your role is to:

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom sales consultations
  • Build rapport and uncover each prospect's goals
  • Follow a proven sales framework
  • Recommend the appropriate coaching program when it's a good fit
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow established processes
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and call reviews

You'll represent our partner brands professionally while receiving continuous support from an experienced leadership team.

Compensation
