• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments of clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, focusing on solution-oriented strategies that lead to positive client outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with medical professionals, counselors, and support staff to create a cohesive treatment strategy that enhances the recovery process.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about the latest best practices, research findings, and treatment methodologies in mental health and substance use.

Our client population features individuals confronting substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. With our solution-based therapies, LCSWs will have the opportunity to make meaningful impacts on the lives of diverse clients, supporting them through their recovery journeys and helping to instill hope and resilience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; however, a Master’s degree is preferred.
• An active LCSW licensure in Arizona is a must.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, able to build rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• A strong ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health or addiction recovery setting.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapy techniques is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation.
