Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population features individuals confronting substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, and depression. With our solution-based therapies, LCSWs will have the opportunity to make meaningful impacts on the lives of diverse clients, supporting them through their recovery journeys and helping to instill hope and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required; however, a Masterโ€™s degree is preferred.
  • An active LCSW licensure in Arizona is a must.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, able to build rapport with clients in a remote setting.
  • A strong ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health or addiction recovery setting.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapy techniques is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
