Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to effectively gather information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources required for treatment planning.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
• Employ therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and interventions that are regularly reviewed and adjusted as necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, addressing all aspects of their well-being.
• Facilitate crisis interventions as necessary, performing risk assessments and creating safety plans to support clients in urgent situations.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect the ongoing therapeutic process.
• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that promote community and shared healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will work with a broad range of clients from various backgrounds, assisting them through their unique mental health challenges. Our focus extends across all age groups, ensuring that children, adolescents, adults, and seniors receive tailored support that addresses the complexities of their experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and an understanding of community needs.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment methods relevant to mental health.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using telehealth technologies to provide care in a remote setting.
