ASRC Federal is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow-based solutions for the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). This role is responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet mission and business requirements, streamline IT service management processes, and enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including workflows, forms, and integrations
  • Configure and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or HRSD
  • Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
  • Support automation of business processes and service delivery functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and system administrators to gather and refine requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and system enhancements
  • Maintain system documentation, including technical designs and configuration details
  • Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, data protection, and governance standards
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions
  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development (e.g., scripting in JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Experience with advanced ServiceNow capabilities (e.g., Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics)
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD environments
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices
