• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies to effectively address unique client challenges and enhance their journey to recovery.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, ensuring that therapy is both effective and engaging.
• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated client care.
• Participate in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, contributing insights to promote optimal client outcomes.
• Educate and support families of clients, fostering an understanding of mental health challenges and encouraging active participation in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Possession of a current, valid license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
