• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify each patient’s mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, utilizing solution-focused therapy techniques to empower clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring clarity and continuity of care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, creating a holistic approach to patient care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality and effectiveness of treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health concerns, enabling them to make informed decisions about their care and develop coping strategies.

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing a wide array of mental health conditions. Your clientele may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental disorders. The clinic emphasizes a person-centered approach, prioritizing client empowerment, resilience, and personal growth through tailored mental health interventions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• At least three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy, demonstrating the capacity to manage complex cases.
