Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) providing mental health counseling to individuals and families.
  • Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively.
