• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at helping clients achieve significant milestones and constructive outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive intakes and assessments to fully grasp clients’ emotional histories and relational dynamics, allowing you to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to state regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and our organization's operational policies, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Engage in regular team collaboration, including attending case reviews and supervision sessions, to continuously enhance your clinical practice and benefit from peer support.
• Participate in community outreach and mental health initiatives aimed at raising awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support in urgent scenarios, utilizing evidence-based techniques to manage crises effectively and compassionately.

As an LMFT at Self-Care Impact LLC, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, each bringing unique challenges and experiences. Our clientele primarily includes individuals and families facing a range of issues, such as trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. You will work closely with clients to cultivate trust while addressing personal and relational concerns in a safe, supportive environment.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field is required.
• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT in the state of Vermont is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Capability to exercise clinical judgment promptly while consulting with peers as necessary.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines in all interactions.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing trauma-informed care.
• Experience with crisis intervention, family dynamics, and supporting clients through life transitions.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapies and techniques tailored for varied client needs.
