  • Documenting clinical notes with precision and care in accordance with HIPAA regulations and our organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
  • Participating in regular team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to share insights, discuss case management strategies, and benefit from peer support.
  • Engaging with the community through outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma around seeking therapy.
  • Offering crisis intervention services during emergency situations, employing evidence-based techniques to effectively address and resolve crises.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on supporting clients from various backgrounds, including individuals dealing with trauma, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families during times of transition or crisis. Your trauma-informed care approach will be vital in providing the nuanced support necessary to promote healing and growth.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Vermont.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • The capability to exercise clinical judgment effectively, supported by timely consultations with fellow professionals.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all clinical practices.
Preferred Experience

In addition to the required qualifications, we value candidates with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapy in a clinical setting.
  • Experience working with trauma-informed care frameworks, as well as providing support to families in crisis.
  • A history of successfully guiding clients through significant life transitions, utilizing a strengths-based approach.
Compensation and Benefits

Your contribution to our organization will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Beyond base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
