This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility to work from any location while remaining connected with our team through virtual platforms. Our outpatient office setting supports a wide range of adult mental health concerns, ensuring counselors have easy access to resources and peer support while managing their schedules between 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Our technological infrastructure facilitates seamless interactions with clients and team members, ensuring efficient service delivery.

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide therapeutic services to adult individuals and couples, tailoring approaches based on each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others, to create effective treatment plans.
• Document all client interactions and maintain treatment records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations by submitting documentation within 24 hours.
• Engage in regular peer case consultations to discuss complex cases, share insights, and foster collaborative care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. We strive to support every individual's journey towards mental well-being, nurturing their strengths and addressing challenges head-on.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Active independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms and technologies, facilitating effective remote engagement with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a commitment to providing compassionate, personalized care.

While we require at least two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role, prior experience in an outpatient setting and demonstrated expertise in handling diverse client populations will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and a history of utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve measurable outcomes will further distinguish your application.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
