• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing tailored, effective treatment plans that foster personal growth.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, adjusting treatment approaches to align with clients' unique situations and progress.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals alongside clients and regularly evaluate their advancements through ongoing feedback and assessment.
• Offer teletherapy services, effectively accommodating clients who may require flexible options for receiving care due to geographic or personal constraints.
• Ensure meticulous documentation adhering to ethical guidelines, maintaining accurate client records and monitoring treatment outcomes.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities, enriching your clinical expertise and remaining informed about innovative therapeutic practices and interventions.

The therapist in this role will work predominantly with a diverse clientele facing varying mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating a trustworthy and safe therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion, maintaining a non-judgmental approach towards clients’ experiences.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities, essential for balancing a productive caseload and timely administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working within a private practice setting, particularly with teletherapy modalities, is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms, enhancing client engagement and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and best practices in mental health therapy, ensuring the highest standard of client care.
