As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will engage in a variety of fulfilling responsibilities designed to provide the highest level of mental health care. Your essential duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate each client's needs and develop individualized treatment plans leveraging proven, evidence-based practices.
• Delivering tailored psychotherapy services utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health concerns.
• Maintaining precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client health information.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and various other mental health specialists—to ensure integrated and effective care for all clients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer supervision to promote constructive feedback and continuous quality improvement in clinical practices.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families, offering guidance on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to empower clients in their recovery journey.
• Staying informed on the latest research, therapies, and trends in mental health, actively integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic approach.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
