Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions to review client progress, discuss therapy goals, and address any concerns or obstacles, leading to timely discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop, implement, and constantly monitor personalized, strengths-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment outcomes for each client, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments that include mental health evaluations and risk assessments to guide individualized care planning.
  • Engage in individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, enhance professional development, and ensure adherence to best practices in therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
