Location: Onsite — Spokane Valley, WA 99216 (near 2114 N Pines Rd)
Schedule: 40 hrs/week | Rotating shifts

  • Mon–Fri: 9:00a–5:30p, 10:30a–7:00p, or 11:30a–8:00p
  • Sat: 9:00a–5:30p
    Pay: $64.27/hr (W2)

Job Summary

We are hiring an Onsite Pharmacist in Spokane Valley, WA to support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, patient counseling, compounding, and supervising pharmacy support staff. You’ll collaborate with providers and healthcare teams to ensure safe, compliant, and effective medication use.

Responsibilities

  • Accept and dispense prescription medications accurately
  • Counsel patients on medication use, dosing, side effects, and interactions
  • Monitor medication compliance and over-usage patterns
  • Maintain accurate, confidential patient and pharmacy records
  • Support clinical services (e.g., smoking cessation, BP checks, cholesterol management as applicable)
  • Educate patients on medical devices (BP monitors, glucose meters, etc.)
  • Compound medications (including sterile preparations following proper procedures)
  • Supervise pharmacy staff (technicians/clerks) and support workflow execution
  • Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical/medical supplies
  • Identify drug-related problems and communicate effectively with prescribers/clinical teams

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Active pharmacist license (state pharmacy board)
  • Ability to work onsite in Spokane Valley, WA
