You will have the flexibility to create your schedule and the potential to earn an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.

About the Organization

Goheal Mental Healthcare Pte. Ltd. is committed to improving community mental health. We operate a modern community health clinic model that emphasizes accessible and culturally competent care. In this remote role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, ensuring a work-life balance tailored to your personal lifestyle. As part of our diverse network of therapists, you will be empowered to make your own hours each week, allowing for flexibility within your personal and professional commitments. With minimal administrative burden, you can focus on what truly matters—counseling and supporting clients.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, offering support aimed at enhancing clients' mental health.

  • Acting as an advocate for clients, helping them articulate their personal and therapeutic goals, while providing the guidance necessary to achieve them.
  • Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client conditions and subsequently developing tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Goheal, our client base consists predominantly of individuals who have been prescreened to ensure they are stable and present low-acuity mental health concerns. This focused approach fosters a productive therapeutic environment, allowing you to develop deeper therapeutic relationships and more effectively assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • An independent license (one of the following) issued by the state board: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Provisional licenses are not accepted.
  • Proficient evaluation and decision-making abilities to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine empathetic nature, able to connect with diverse clients.
  • Strong digital literacy skills to effectively utilize our therapist portal and other online tools.
Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, candidates with experience working in community health settings, teletherapy, or with specified populations (such as adolescents or individuals with anxiety and depression) will be highly regarded. Your ability to navigate these specialized areas will enhance our service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A sign-on bonus to support your transition into the role.
  • A salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on weekly hours worked and experience.
