Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored specifically to each client's needs.
  • Continuously assessing the mental health treatment needs of clients to ensure effective interventions.
  • Monitoring and revising individual service plans to reflect client progress and evolving needs.

You will work primarily with young adults and adults aged 18 and older who may experience challenges related to mental illness. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current licensure by the state board in New Jersey, including one of the following: RMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Ability to practice independently and without supervision.
  • No disciplinary actions on your license.
