We are looking for a Merchant Support Specialist to complement our MeevoPay Merchant Services Team! The Merchant Support Specialist will be responsible for providing assistance on technical issues for our clients utilizing MeevoPay, Meevo's credit card processing. This is a remote role.
Candidates must reside in the United States. Millennium Systems International participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to clients transitioning from third-party vendors to MeevoPay. Assist with related merchant inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Address and resolve inbound client inquiries and issues via phone, email, or ticketing systems
  • Utilizing Salesforce to manage and create new tickets for all incoming inquiries. Accurately enter client details into database. Update existing tickets when applicable
  • Understand and provide guidance on clients' technical issues using problem solving
  • Document solutions in Salesforce and provide dependable and timely resolutions to clients
  • Provide timely follow-up to resolve client inquiries
  • Handle client complaints respectfully and professionally
  • Work with colleagues and other departments to provide superior customer service

Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Previous experience in electronic payment processing customer support role with knowledge of payment processing systems and technologies OR previous experience in beauty/wellness industry
  • Previous experience providing support remotely via phone
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to address difficult or complex customer scenarios with professionalism
  • Ability to multitask
