Director of Finance / Controller

Dorchester, MA — Onsite

WORK Inc. is seeking a dynamic Director of Finance/Controller to help lead a missiondriven organization that is transforming lives across Massachusetts. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will guide the company’s financial operations with a blend of strategic insight and handson technical expertise. You’ll manage a talented accounting team, oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and champion process improvements that strengthen our financial foundation.

  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Limelight and PayCom a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

WORK Inc. offers one of the most comprehensive benefit packages in the industry including bonus opportunities designed to support you and your future.

Expected salary range: $110,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience.

This is a fulltime, onpremises position based in Dorchester, MA. Hybrid or remote work arrangements are not available at this time.
