• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patient needs, establishing accurate diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria.
• Create individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based, solution-oriented interventions based on each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices tailored to diverse populations.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop holistic care strategies.
• Engage patients and their families in educational resources about mental health, fostering an understanding of their conditions and the benefits of treatment.
• Stay current with the latest research and trends in mental health to continually enhance treatment efficacy and patient outcomes.

The LCSW will work with a varied patient demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. • Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
