• Partner with patients to monitor mental health progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring alignment with therapy goals.

You will serve a diverse patient population, primarily comprising individuals from varied backgrounds facing mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
