This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, enabling you to provide essential support to clients in a detoxification setting. Our remote environment fosters collaboration and communication among team members using various digital tools and platforms while ensuring clinical care is delivered effectively even from a distance.

• Engage with clients directly via telehealth platforms, providing clinical assessments, screening, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that address each client's unique needs and facilitate access to detox services.
• Conduct evidence-based assessments and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to arrange further evaluations or interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring timely follow-up on each client's progress and adjusting treatment plans based on specific therapeutic outcomes.
• Document all client interactions accurately and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share insights and strategies that will improve patient care and organizational practices.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members and interns as required, contributing to the professional development of your colleagues.

In this role, you will be working primarily with clients who are in a detox program and are experiencing various levels of mental distress related to addiction and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will be crucial in providing therapeutic interventions that promote recovery and empower clients in their treatment journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials in the state of Nevada.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities, especially tailored for clients facing addiction and severe emotional disorders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated cultural competency and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a community mental health or substance abuse treatment setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with clients in detox facilities or similar high-stress environments.
• Familiarity with integrated care approaches, ensuring comprehensive treatment pathways for clients.
