Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for new clients to gather pertinent background information and mental health history.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and mental health needs, regularly reviewing these plans to ensure effectiveness.
• Providing individual therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to clients' specific challenges.
• Setting and monitoring therapeutic goals, noting client progress, and adjusting treatment strategies accordingly.
• Offering teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring that quality care remains available to all.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engaging in continual professional development through workshops, supervision, and collaborative learning opportunities.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, ranging from children to adults, many of whom are facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. To succeed in this role, candidates are required to possess:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive therapeutic alliance.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach free of judgment, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities.

While not mandatory, candidates with a background in working with diverse populations or specific clinical concerns—such as childhood trauma, depression, or anxiety—will be highly valued. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, remote therapy platforms, and evidence-based treatment methodologies will give candidates an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust compensation package, the benefits include:
