This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while maintaining a strong connection with our Detox Center team. You will be collaborating with healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, nurses, and recovery coaches, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. • Provide direct psychotherapy and mental health services to patients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, leading to informed treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring cultural competency and responsiveness to each patient’s unique background.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and updates to enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on ongoing assessments and patient feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options available, and resources within the community for ongoing support.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality throughout all interactions, ensuring informed consent is obtained as required.

The primary focus of your work will be with adult patients in early recovery at our Detox Center. Many of these individuals face complex mental health challenges exacerbated by substance use. Your role is crucial in supporting their recovery journey by offering therapeutic interventions and resources that empower them to build healthier lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.
• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to individuals with a range of mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling effective patient documentation and care coordination.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for establishing rapport with patients and effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• A solid foundation in clinical best practices, particularly the ability to perform thorough assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.

• Experience working in a detox or addiction recovery setting.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
• Knowledge of community resources for post-treatment support and patient reintegration.
• Previous involvement in telehealth services or remote patient engagement.
