The Key Account Representative (GAR) is responsible in managing customer relationships regionally/geographically with a single or multiple segments/locations of Global Customer Companies (Mainly Micron BOISE & Manassas + Global foundries in Malta for now. Can be changed or added in future) across the Semiconductor industry. He / she focused on serving the customer's global footprint within a defined region/geography/location(s), implementing a focused growth strategy by account, to create value for the customer by utilizing the resources across Pall and therefore achieving competitive differentiation and profitable growth. The GAR will be responsible to achieve core growth (Orders & Shipments), within allocated SG&A for specific Global Strategic Account(s) or section/part thereof.

This position reports to the Global Strategic Account Manger and is part of the MicroE Global Strategic Account Team located in United States of America (preferably BOISE Idaho or West US) and will be a remote role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Implement account strategies & plans, designed to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections for Assigned Account (s)

  • Communicate and Implement negotiated commercial terms

  • Monitor Competitive Activity and report back to Global Account Manager

  • Maintain Customer Profile and SWOT for Assigned Accounts Including Sales Potential, Operating Structure, Sites, Contacts, and Other Information as needed

  • Leveraging Marketing (Product Management, Product Planning), SLS, Regional Sales & Commercial Operations / Customer Service to serve assigned customer(s) and identify and communicate unmet customer needs, new product development through partnering with Technology, Marketing & SLS

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Science

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales/key account management experience - preferably in the Semiconductor Industry

  • Excellent communication skills, Analytical, structured thinking and highly proactive

  • Demonstrates expertise in partnering with customers, building sustainable relationships and leveraging customer insights and decision criteria to drive solutions and strategies across the organization

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements, processes, and priorities.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 45-55% as required

  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIP) is $157,000 - $185,000 annually. Actual SIP earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
