Our clients encompass a wide range of ages and backgrounds, seeking assistance with various concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their journeys towards recovery and healthy coping mechanisms.

• A current and valid license to practice in the state of Colorado, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in fields related to social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
• An empathetic and compassionate approach towards client care, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
