Radiance Counseling Center LTD is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our remote therapy team. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care for a diverse population of patients experiencing mental health challenges in conjunction with medical conditions. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
  • Proven experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
  • Strong collaborative skills, particularly in working alongside medical professionals to deliver an integrated care approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and patient confidentiality, ensuring compliance with both legal and organizational standards.
