Job description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is hiring a Part-Time Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for a growing Home Infusion & Compounding Pharmacy based in Wayne, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist seeking a flexible, long-term role. 

The position is primarily remote, with onsite visits required just 1–2 times per month. Candidates do not need to live in New Jersey but must hold active New Jersey and California pharmacist licenses.


Position Details

  • Home Infusion & Compounding Pharmacy
  • Part-Time (approximately 24 hours per week)
  • Primarily remote with onsite travel to Wayne, NJ 1–2 times per month
  • Flexible weekday schedule


Responsibilities

  • Provide PIC oversight and ensure pharmacy regulatory compliance
  • Supervise pharmacy staff and support training and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, DEA requirements, and USP standards
  • Review and verify sterile medication orders and patient care plans


Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted New Jersey and California Pharmacist licenses
  • Previous PIC or pharmacy leadership experience
  • Sterile medication verification experience required
  • IV compounding experience preferred but not required
