Have a passing score on the California Basic Education Skills Test (CBEST) Demonstrates an understanding, patient, and receptive attitude towards students of variousage groups, temperaments and abilities (particularly those exhibiting specialized needs) Exhibit ability to handle confidential information and materials Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators Reside in the state of California Ability to support and guide adults, as well as students Strong written and verbal communication skills Organization and time-management skills Flexible schedule Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint and experience using them in a professional capacity HOURS AND SALARY INFORMATION: Monday-Friday work hours between 9:00am-3:30pm (Up to 25 Hours per week).
