• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient’s preferences and challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all relevant standards.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and case reviews to enhance clinical skills and improve service delivery.
• Educate and empower clients and their families by providing resources and support regarding mental health issues and available treatment options.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in mental health and integrate this knowledge into your practice.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring that treatment objectives are met and patients receive timely care.

In this role, you will predominantly serve patients in hospice care, addressing a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to coping with grief and loss. You will work with a diverse population, providing support to individuals and families during one of the most challenging times in their lives. Your expertise will guide them towards healing and resilience as they navigate their emotional journey.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as an LCSW in the state of Florida.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience, specifically in a mental health or hospice care setting.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think critically in a clinical environment.
• A commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working with end-of-life care and bereavement counseling.
• Familiarity with community resources available to support patients and families.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote patient management.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
