This position is fully remote, allowing Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors to work from the comfort of their own homes in Overland Park, Kansas. • Client Counseling: Provide high-quality counseling services via our teletherapy platform, which allows you to connect with clients from various backgrounds. Your expertise will guide individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.
• Schedule Management: Flexibility is key; create your own schedule that meets your lifestyle needs, whether you prefer to work part-time (5 hours a week) or build a full caseload of 40+ hours a week.
• Documentation: Engage in minimal paperwork as most administrative tasks are streamlined through our platform, allowing you to concentrate on delivering effective interventions and support.
• Marketing Tools: Utilize personalized marketing tools provided by the organization, including an optimized profile and website tailored to your expertise and location, to attract clients effectively.
• Referral Management: Enjoy an unlimited supply of referrals, with a chance to establish a full clinical caseload within the first month. Clients are pre-screened for suitability and stability.

You will be working primarily with clients seeking outpatient mental health support through a teletherapy format. These clients range from low to moderate acuity and have undergone a thorough screening process to ensure their readiness for counseling. Your role involves fostering a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable tackling their unique challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and full licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• No disciplinary actions on your licensure history.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work efficiently from home.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear engagement with clients, families, and administrative staff.
• Must have a dedicated workspace that aligns with privacy policies to conduct sessions safely and confidentially.

• Experience in managing your own caseload within an outpatient environment.
• Multi-state licensure is seen as an advantage.
