Job description

We are currently hiring for industrial and commercial painters in Appleton, Green Bay, and Manitowoc, WI area for upcoming projects. The ideal painter candidate has at least 4 years experience painting in an industrial and/or commercial setting. Pay is $28 - $35 per hour based on skill set and experience.

Painter Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare surfaces for painting and blasting
  • Remove contaminants and mask areas not requiring treatment
  • Operate sandblasting equipment and select appropriate media
  • Monitor equipment for effective performance.
  • Apply coatings using various methods (spray, brush, roller)
  • Ensure consistent finish and thickness
  • Inspect work for quality compliance and perform touch-ups as necessary.
  • Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain equipment and working area

Painter Qualifications:

  • Sandblasting experience a plus
  • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety procedures
  • Familiarity with abrasive blasting equipment and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Your own reliable transportation
