Diagnostic Radiologist

Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, Jackson, MS Onsite & Remote Opportunities Available

Mississippi Baptist Medical Center is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologists to join our growing team in Jackson, MS. We offer flexible practice models with opportunities for both onsite and remote coverage, competitive compensation, and a strong clinical infrastructure.

Position Overview

As a Diagnostic Radiologist with Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, you will provide comprehensive imaging interpretation services. Opportunities include a fully onsite role, hybrid model, or remote teleradiology position depending on preference and experience.

Our system offers a collaborative environment with strong administrative and IT support, allowing physicians to focus on high-quality patient care.

Practice Highlights

  • Flexible scheduling options:
    • Onsite: 1 week onsite, 2 weeks remote, 1 week off, 1 weekend per month, coverage is 7a-5p
    • Remote (teleradiology): 3 weeks on, 1 week off, 1 weekend per month
  • Modern imaging platforms and enterprise PACS
  • Strong referral base with high, consistent volume
  • Subspecialty interests welcome
  • Efficient workflow and robust IT infrastructure
  • Collaborative radiology team and system-wide clinical support

Responsibilities

  • Interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies including:
    • CT
    • MRI
    • Ultrasound
    • X-ray

  • Mammography preferred, not required
  • Participate in general radiology coverage and call rotation (onsite and/or remote)
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and clinical teams
  • Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and reporting standards
