As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and needs.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that address specific therapeutic goals and outcomes.
• Providing individual therapy through teletherapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress in alignment with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and remain current with industry standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, combined with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work setting.

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in telehealth services or those familiar with virtual therapy platforms will find an advantage. Familiarity with client management systems and teletherapy tools is also beneficial in ensuring smooth operations within a remote counseling framework.
