• Conduct detailed evaluations and assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, helping to establish personalized therapy plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using secure video conferencing tools, delivering evidence-based practices that align with clients' individual treatment goals.
• Engage in goal-setting discussions with clients, providing ongoing guidance, support, and adjustments to therapeutic interventions as needed.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, depending on client preferences and needs.
• Document all treatment sessions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records of progress and treatment outcomes to inform future sessions.
• Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Experience in remote counseling, especially using telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices specific to various mental health conditions.
• Previous work in outpatient settings, particularly with diverse or underserved populations.
