One to One Counseling, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to deliver high-quality telehealth counseling services from the comfort of your home. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth technology, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to guide clients through the therapeutic process, assisting them in processing emotions related to various mental health challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, regularly assessing progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Facilitate goal-setting discussions to empower clients in achieving their therapeutic objectives, whether that includes coping strategies, behavioral changes, or emotional healing.
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients seek our services for coping mechanisms, emotional support, and personal development, allowing you to apply your skills in a variety of therapeutic contexts. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• An active and unrestricted license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering a client-centered therapeutic environment.
• Proficiency in navigating EHR systems and telehealth platforms.

• Experience working with a variety of age groups and presenting issues.
• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Prior remote counseling experience, demonstrating adaptability to telehealth modalities.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
