As a remote therapist, you will be part of a collaborative, virtual team environment that prioritizes both client care and the professional development of its members. Utilizing secure telehealth technology, you will conduct therapy sessions from anywhere, allowing for flexibility while maintaining strong connections with clients. • Conduct remote therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for all interactions.
• Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health, relationship dynamics, and overall family atmosphere to inform treatment planning.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on the unique needs of clients, drawing from family systems and systemic therapy concepts.
• Offer immediate support during crises to safeguard client and family well-being, utilizing various crisis intervention techniques.
• Maintain detailed and accurate electronic records, including client progress notes and treatment documents, ensuring compliance with both ethical and legal standards.
• Provide educational resources on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies, helping clients to develop healthier relationship patterns.
• Collaborate with our virtual team of mental health professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care across disciplines.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Your clientele will comprise individuals, couples, and families dealing with a range of challenges, including but not limited to relationship stress, familial conflict, trauma, anxiety, and depression. By utilizing a systemic approach, you will assist clients in gaining insight into their relational patterns and work towards constructive solutions that enhance their mental and emotional health.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Georgia.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a therapeutic capacity related to marriage and family therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for remote engagements with clients.
• A solid commitment to maintaining ethical practices and client confidentiality in all interactions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively within a remote framework.

• Experience in providing remote therapy, especially the use of telehealth technologies in practical settings.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and the ability to adapt these to meet client needs.
• Flexible scheduling availability to accommodate clients across varying time zones.
