• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with their personal growth.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to guide sessions, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages open dialogue and trust.
• Collaborate closely with a remote multidisciplinary team comprising other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and healthcare regulations, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.

You will engage with a wide-ranging patient population, providing services to individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Our focus is on creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and work towards healing and growth.

• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Previous experience in counseling or mental health settings, particularly in a telehealth environment, is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, especially in teletherapy contexts, to effectively engage with clients remotely.
• An ability to empathize and provide compassionate care, ensuring that clients feel understood and supported.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
