This role is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the school community in Payson. • Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, for positive outcomes in mental health.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and industry regulations.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including psychologists, teachers, and school administrators, to coordinate care and support.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and techniques in social work and therapy to continually enhance service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on students facing challenges related to mental health conditions such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. By fostering a safe and trusting environment, you will empower these young individuals to express themselves, build coping strategies, and facilitate their journey toward emotional and psychological resilience. Alongside individual therapy, you will work to educate families about mental health resources and promote community awareness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the State of Arizona.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive within a collaborative, team-oriented environment, contributing to shared goals of student support.

• Prior experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic modalities is desirable.
