This position operates in a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining communication and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. • Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques and are aligned with their unique preferences and objectives.
• Offer crisis intervention support to clients in need of urgent assistance, ensuring their immediate safety while navigating through their mental health crises.
• Actively engage clients and their families in educational discussions about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources available for enhanced support.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, including assessment outcomes, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Uphold the integrity of the counseling profession by adhering to ethical principles regarding client confidentiality and informed consent.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity by providing counseling services that respect and consider diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Play a key role within a collaborative team by sharing insights and contributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to client care.

You will work with a diverse client demographic encompassing various ages and backgrounds, addressing myriad mental health challenges. Your role involves building therapeutic relationships and understanding client experiences to guide effective treatment strategies. The majority of our clients are individuals facing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma response, and adjustment challenges due to life transitions.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least three years of experience working in a mental health counseling capacity, specifically providing outpatient therapy services.
• Strong clinical acumen and proven competence in developing and implementing therapy interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities that foster rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and sensitivity in understanding clients' emotional needs.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity in all counseling interactions.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diverse backgrounds of clients.
• Ongoing commitment to professional development and staying updated with mental health trends and best practices.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or clients with co-occurring disorders, is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
