• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients across various demographics.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families, integrating feedback and insights from ongoing client interactions.
• Offer therapeutic interventions, including both individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to the clients' specific needs.
• Teach and strengthen clients’ coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and stress management strategies to enhance their overall quality of life.
• Consistently collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care, participating in interdisciplinary meetings when needed.
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and outcomes utilizing electronic health records and other relevant technologies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to remain current with advancements in the mental health field and enhance therapeutic techniques.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing relationship challenges, family dynamics, and mental health issues. You will provide support to clients at various life stages, each with distinct emotional and psychological needs. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is a requirement for this position.
• Possession of a current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist is mandatory to practice within the state.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing therapy services is essential.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective client engagement and collaboration with team members.
• A strong ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload is crucial for success in this role.
• Proficiency in electronic health records, telehealth systems, and relevant therapeutic technologies is preferred.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines to ensure trust and integrity in therapeutic relationships.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting or with remote therapy services will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy) is preferred.
• Background in crisis intervention, family therapy, or couples counseling will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
