Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized therapeutic plans that address specific mental health needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality and rights of clients are upheld.
  • Engage in regular supervision meetings and collaborative case discussions to enhance care coordination and treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this position, you will work directly with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relational difficulties. Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.
