  • Lead product assortment planning and lifecycle management, ensuring the right products are delivered through the appropriate channels at the right time.

  • Partner cross-functionally to execute the Innovation-to-Commercialization (I2C) process, preparing for key stage gates, driving alignment, and ensuring successful product launches.

  • Drive seasonal and annual sales and margin objectives through informed assortment decisions, pricing strategies, product positioning, and portfolio optimization.

  • Monitor category performance, identify opportunities and risks, and recommend strategies to improve business results.

  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations for internal stakeholders, retailers, sales teams, and key external partners.

  • Gather consumer, retailer, and market insights through research, customer interactions, and field engagement to inform future product strategies.

  • Build strong partnerships across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure effective execution and alignment.

  • Support development and protection of intellectual property strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement in support of Revelyst's values and business objectives.
