Regular virtual meetings help clarify client expectations and provide updates on design progress, while cloud-based document sharing allows for seamless feedback and revisions. To address challenges like site-specific measurements or material selection, designers may coordinate with local contractors or request detailed site photographs and surveys. This collaborative workflow ensures that design intent is maintained, even when working from a distance.
