• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments through telehealth sessions to evaluate mental health needs, establishing tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices in psychological care.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, with potential opportunities to conduct family, marriage, and group counseling depending on your areas of expertise and interests.
• Carry out mental health screenings and assessments to identify patients’ needs clearly and effectively.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, develop appropriate interventions, and track client progress.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain organized records in compliance with confidentiality standards.
• Participate in teams for case reviews and clinical discussions, enhancing collaborative care.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities as required or requested.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the operation's success and patient care initiatives.

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents who are experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and family issues. By fostering trusting relationships with clients and their families, you will play a crucial role in creating positive change in their lives. You will also have the opportunity to work with couples and groups, enhancing your professional practice while delivering impactful mental health services.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work (LCSW), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).
• A valid, active state license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and a commitment to maintaining a punctual, reliable working schedule.

• Previous experience working in a remote telehealth setting, adapting counseling methodologies to fit digital platforms.
• Experience in providing services to children, teenagers, families, and couples.
• Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHR) systems and digital communication tools for effective client interaction.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
