• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to promote positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential records of client progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists, to enhance the effectiveness of care.
• Engage in continuous professional education by staying updated with the latest research, attending workshops, and participating in case consultations.

You will work primarily with clients dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your role will be essential in helping them navigate their recovery paths, employing tailored, evidence-based approaches to address their specific challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your ability to create a non-judgmental and supportive environment will be crucial to facilitate trust and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Georgia.
