Position Summary

This permanent, full-time remote individual-contributor role owns an exclusive West Coast territory. Approved candidate locations are California, Washington State, Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada. The position reports to the Vice President of Sales, U.S. & Canada.

Success is channel-led: the manager develops independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor networks rather than relying primarily on direct end-user sales.

  • Manage, support, train, and strengthen independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor partners.
  • Negotiate, launch, and evaluate dealer-specific programs.

  • Monitor channel performance, market conditions, and competitive activity; deliver concise monthly business reviews.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Proven success managing independent manufacturer representative groups and dealer/distributor networks.
  • Experience selling durable, non-perishable manufactured goods in tabletop, hospitality supplies, buffet/serveware, guest-room accessories, or a closely related category.
  • Background limited exclusively to food, beverage, or other perishable products does not meet this requirement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Self-directed and accountable, with the ability to own a multi-state territory.

Travel Expenses & Systems
  • Approximately 50-60% overnight travel; candidates must live near a major airport with strong nonstop or direct connectivity across the West Coast territory and nationally.
  • All travel and entertainment expenses are covered through the company's corporate card and reimbursement programs.
  • CRM experience is required; HubSpot familiarity is a plus.
  • Basic ERP knowledge is required; SAP Business One exposure is helpful but not required.
Compensation: Base salary, commensurate with experience and geography. Plus Bonus Structure: Uncapped "Growing Together Bonus Plan" with quarterly individual performance payouts and an annual company EBITDA component.
Benefits & Perks: Day 1 fully vested 401(k), 14 days PTO in Year 1 transitioning to unlimited PTO in Year 2, and 40%–70% employer-covered family medical premiums.
